Our Mission at 21 Acres Center for Local Food and Sustainable Living is to inspire action to solve climate challenges by learning as a community to grow, eat and live sustainably. 21 Acres is a nonprofit agricultural and environmental learning center and living laboratory for green and sustainable building design. We participate in a whole system approach to solving issues around food availability, small-scale food economies, environmental preservation, and sustainability. Through education and advocacy, 21 Acres seeks to accelerate social change toward more sustainable ways of growing, eating, and living that protect the environment while supporting a better quality of life.

North Creek Forest is a 64-acre mature forest in Bothell, conveniently located just outside downtown Bothell and within walking distance of nearly 10,000 college students attending UW-Bothell and Cascadia College. It meets the Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife’s definition of priority habitat and lies within 12 miles of every school in the Northshore School District.

The SAgE Sammamish Valley Student Farm, adjacent to the Sammamish River Trail, is located in one of the last contiguous areas of farmland in King County. The 4 acre farm is nestled among over 2 dozen farms along the Sammamish River in Woodinville, WA. We practice sustainable agriculture following organic practices.
