Playa Sardinia is a non-profit Sardinian association actively working to promote sustainable development and environment protection activities and to support international cooperation, citizens, properties risks and damages reduction, and local safety.
The non profit Association has developed a project to support all the Municipalities that want to improve it, related to a citizen safe protection framework system.
The project is related to citizens and tourists news, contents information sharing system and alerts, regarding information between local Government (Municipalities, Police and Support forces), and citizens, by involving different types of media (web, smartphones, neighborhood relationships over different ages and cultural levels), to improve citizens and properties safety, with also a video monitoring areas coverage system, with a dedicated access for emergency services.
